Cashier: "Excuse me?"
Woman: (speaking softly) "Did anyone turn in some keys?"
Cashier: (looking confused) "Do we have any teas?"
Woman: (still speaking very softly) "Did anyone turn in some keys?"
Cashier: "Oh! I'm not sure." (He calls out to another cashier across the room) "Do we have any keys?"
Other Cashier: "What? Oh yeah, we have cookies in the back."
Cashier: "No, I mean..." (waves the guy over and gestures towards the woman).
Woman: (asks again, just as quietly) ""Did anyone turn in some keys?"
Other Cashier: (confused) "I'm sorry, did you say cheese?"
From keys to teas to cookies to cheese.
