This isn't exactly an official music video or anything, but I don't care. I love James Brown. Plus it's kinda fitting since JB died on Christmas day in 2006. But, in this video, he is very much alive.
p.s. My favourite character in this video is Robin the Frog (Kermit's nephew), you can see some of his other songs here and my favourite one, here. Squishy cute!
I..........................really don't know what is happening in this video. But if you were ever wondering what your proper Christmas walk should be, this gives you a good idea.
This one isn't really a music video, it's more of a sing-a-long on TV. Question: Is there anyone more adorable then sixties Diana Ross wearing a Santa cap? I think not.
First big snowfall here today. So, with that in mind, I give you the following video......with deep V sweater vests included!
Note: I also love all the cheesy winter things they're doing in this video; shoveling snow, opening presents, chopping wood, shaking giant snowglobes with vigor, drinking hot chocolate, building a snowman, decorating the tree, throwing snowballs, mailing Christmas cards, toasting marshmallows around a campfire....wait, what?
This next video reminds me of working in retail back in the day.
When I was 15 (that's right, CASH) I worked at one of those booths in the aisles of the mall. It sold hockey cards and other sports paraphernalia. I worked with one other sales person on my shift because my primary job was to work security. Now, I don't know if you've ever worked security before but when it comes to working security at one of those booths? All you do is circle and circle and circle around like a lion trapped in a cage. But because I worked security, I had to be alert at all times. Which meant that although there was a chair, it was for the sales person ONLY.
But I digress...back to the video.
That Christmas, in a standing eight hour shift, I would easily hear this song over ten times. Now when I hear it, it instantly makes my back hurt.
I picked this one because nothing says Christmas like bad sweaters, hairstyles shaped like Christmas trees (seriously, check out the ladies hair in this video) and of course, George Michael.
