Piece: The Unpredictable Periodical is first and foremost an oxymoron.
Secondly, it's a journal of two parts:
a) A record of current transactions; an account of day-to-day events, a record of experiences, ideas, or reflections kept regularly for private use, a record of transactions kept by a deliberative or legislative body.
b) A daily newspaper, a periodical dealing especially with matters of current interest.
